1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Nature of Services

Please note:
All investments are fixed-term commitments.
Investments carry financial, operational, and market risks.
Investments are not bank deposits, savings accounts, or insured financial products.
Returns are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in a formal, signed investment agreement.
3. Eligibility
To use this Platform, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
All funds invested are legally owned by you.
Funds are not sourced from illegal activities.
The Company reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
4. Investment Commitment & Lock-in Period
All investments are final and binding for the selected investment duration (“Maturity Period”).
No Early Withdrawal Policy:
Investments cannot be withdrawn, canceled, or refunded before maturity.
This applies to all situations, including emergencies or personal financial needs.
By investing, you:
Waive any right to early withdrawal or cancellation.
Agree not to initiate payment reversals or chargebacks.
Any attempt to reverse a transaction will be treated as a serious breach of this Agreement.
5. Maturity & Payout
At the end of the investment period:
Your capital and returns (where applicable) will be processed according to your selected plan.
Processing timelines may vary due to compliance checks, liquidity management, or operational procedures.
6. Risk Disclosure
All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of capital.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You accept full responsibility for your investment decisions.
7. No Financial Advice
All content on this Platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
You are encouraged to consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
8. Company Rights & Operational Control
The Company reserves the right to:
Modify or update investment offerings.
Delay or suspend transactions for security or compliance reasons.
Restrict or refuse services where necessary.
These actions may be taken without prior notice where required.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login details confidential.
All activities carried out under your account.
The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Compliance
To comply with regulatory requirements, the Company may:
Request identity verification documents.
Freeze accounts under investigation.
Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
Investment losses
Market fluctuations
System or technical failures
Third-party payment issues
Indirect or consequential damages
The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount invested by the User.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its representatives against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Misuse of the Platform
Violation of applicable laws
Breach of these Terms
13. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including:
Natural disasters
War or civil unrest
Cyber incidents
Regulatory changes
Financial system disruptions
14. Account Suspension & Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Compliance risks arise
Termination does not affect active investments, which remain locked until maturity.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
Where unresolved, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration before any court action, where permitted by law.
17. Amendments
The Company may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and override all prior communications or agreements.
